GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE
These General Terms and Conditions of Sale provide information on how you can purchase products on the Website, how to cancel an order, what to do in case of problems and other important information. Please read these General Terms and Conditions carefully before placing an order through the Website. If you do not agree with any of the conditions described in these Terms and Conditions, please do not place any order through the Website.
The images of the products on our Website are for illustrative purposes only. Although we have made every effort to display the colours accurately, we cannot guarantee that a device’s display of the colours accurately reflects the colour of the products. Your products may vary slightly from those images. Accordingly, STELLA shall not be liable for any error or inaccuracy in the photographs or graphical representations of STELLA products displayed on the Website. Orders may be placed for personal use only, any commercial use excluded. STELLA has the right to cancel any order placed by you in the event you have been involved in a dispute concerning a prior order, or if STELLA has reasonable ground to suspect that you have violated these Terms and Conditions, or are or appear to be engaged in fraudulent activities or use of purchased products other than for personal use as permitted by these Terms and Conditions. STELLA has the right to refuse any order at its discretion. Orders may not exceed three (3) products in any buying session.
ORDERS
Only individuals who (a) have reached the age of majority (eighteen in most countries), (b) have legal capacity to enter into contracts, may place orders for STELLA products through the Website, following the indications thereon.
Once you have placed your order (by clicking on the “place order” button), STELLA will confirm receipt by sending you an automatic e-mail confirmation from us acknowledging that we have received your order (the “Confirmation of receipt”). This Confirmation of Receipt does not represent acceptance by STELLA. Each order is subject to express acceptance by STELLA and STELLA reserves the right to cancel an order even after sending the Confirmation of Receipt. All orders are subject to acceptance by us, and we will confirm such acceptance to you by sending you an e-mail that confirms that the Product has been dispatched and that contains the relevant tracking number.
GENERAL RULES
Orders can be placed for personal use only, any commercial use excluded. STELLA reserves the right to cancel any order if there are justified reasons and it has the right to refuse any order at its discretion.
In the event that STELLA cancels an order, it will refund any previously made payment.
STELLA makes every effort to ensure that the colour, design and style of the STELLA products depicted on the Website are as representative as possible of the original products. Nevertheless, the appearance of the original product may differ slightly from what is depicted on the Website for technical or other reasons. STELLA will therefore not be liable for any error or inaccuracy in the photographs or graphic representations of STELLA products displayed on the Website.
None of the provisions of these Terms and Conditions shall exclude or limit any rights or remedies that cannot be waived and that you may exercise under the law. If you have any questions about the products, you can contact STELLA customer service by sending an email to info@stellamilano.it.
AVAILABILITY
The display of a product on the Website does not imply that the same is definitely available for online purchase. STELLA reserves the right to change the assortment of products offered on the Website from time to time without prior notice to customers. STELLA will not be liable if any product is out of stock or otherwise unavailable.
In the event that, after the Confirmation of Receipt of your order, the product you have chosen is no longer available, STELLA customer service will inform you by phone or email or other agreed means of communication as soon as possible. You will then have the option of choosing another product or cancelling your order. If the order consists of several products, customer service will inform you by phone or e-mail to let you know which part of the order is still available and will help you choose between cancelling the entire order or changing it. In any case, you will only be charged for the part of the order that is available and that you still wish to purchase. If you choose to replace an item that is no longer available, a new order will be created for the new product you have chosen.
PRICES AND PAYMENTS
The prices of STELLA products are indicated in Euros, inclusive of applicable taxes. Shipping costs are included.
STELLA reserves the right to change the price of the products offered on the Website at any time without prior notice. You will be charged the price displayed on the Website at the time the order was confirmed by you by clicking on the “place order” button. You are responsible of the costs incurred when using means of distance communication in connection with placing the order (such as telephone and internet connection charges).
For each order placed through the Website, you must make the payment at the time of placing the order. The amount of the products ordered will be blocked on your credit payment method but you will only be charged upon shipment of the products to you.
Only payments via PAYPAL are accepted. All orders must be paid in Euros. The order must contain a delivery address in Europe. It will not be possible to place orders with a shipping address outside Europe.
RESERVATION OF TITLE AND TRANSFER OF RISKS
The product will remain under the property of STELLA until payment is fulfilled. The products ordered will remain under the responsibility of STELLA until they are received by you. Once the products have been received, you accept and assume all risks relating to the products (including loss, theft or damage).
DELIVERY
Products purchased through the Website can only be delivered within Europe. The products will be shipped to the address you entered during the order process and indicated in the order confirmation. Only one address may be entered per order.
P.O. boxes cannot be used for the delivery of our products. If you enter the address of a hotel as the delivery address for your order, delivery can only be made to the person named in the order and to no one else, including the reception of the hotel. Your signature is required at the time of delivery.
The products will be shipped in a single package that includes the product, packaging, receipt of payment or invoice where required, and, as the case may be, jewellery certification and certificate of guarantee.
The signature of an adult is required to receive the package.
SHIPPING TIMES AND COSTS
For products available in stock, orders will be delivered by standard delivery within 5-7 working days from the date of order confirmation, except in exceptional cases that are beyond the sphere of control of STELLA and for which you will be contacted immediately.
Products made to order will be delivered in 6-12 weeks from the date of order confirmation.
Delivery of products purchased through the Website is free of charge.
DELIVERY PROBLEMS
Any failure to deliver or a delivery exceeding ten (10) business days from the shipment date should be promptly reported to our customer service. Any claim must be communicated within a maximum of fifteen (15) days from the date of confirmation of your order.
Once we have received your order, you must check the products. If the products received do not conform to the order you have placed, or if you are not satisfied with them, you should immediately contact customer service at info@stellamilano.it and request a return or replacement in accordance with the Return Policy.
RETURN POLICY
You may return a product purchased through the Website and obtain a refund of the price paid or request a replacement with another product, by clearly informing us of your intention to do so within fourteen (14) calendar days from the date of receipt of the product: by contacting our customer service at info@stellamilano.it.
All returns must contain the original sales receipt and be returned in the original packaging. All products returned as a result of a return or exchange request are subject to a quality check before being accepted. Products with signs of wear, damage or alteration (including changes in size) or whose label, if present, has been removed will not be accepted. You will be refunded the price of products whose return has been accepted by STELLA.
Our Return Policy is in no way intended to exclude or limit your statutory rights or remedies.

AUTHENTICITY GUARANTEE
STELLA guarantees the authenticity of all products purchased through the Website.
GOVERNING LAW- CHOICE OF FORUM
These Terms and Conditions, their interpretation and execution, including transactions made through the Website, are governed by the laws of the Italian Republic. Each party irrevocably agrees to submit to the jurisdiction of the court of Milan in relation to any claim or any other matter concerning these General Terms and Conditions.
DURATION
STELLA may modify, suspend or interrupt the operation of the Website at any time. We reserve the right to limit, suspend or terminate your access to the Site and/or its services, if we have reason to believe that you are violating these Terms and Conditions or applicable laws, or for any other reason, without notice or liability on our part. We may prevent your use of the Site in the event of repeated infringement of intellectual property rights.
WAIVER
Our failure to exercise any right or provision of these General Terms and Conditions shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision. If any provision of these General Terms and Conditions is held to be invalid or unenforceable in whole or in part, such invalidity or unenforceability shall not extend to any other provision of these General Terms and Conditions, which shall remain in full force and effect.
BINDING AGREEMENT
The confirmation of your order by STELLA and these General Terms and Conditions constitutes the entire agreement between you and STELLA with regard to the subject matter of these General Terms and Conditions.
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY AND TRADEMARKS
All trademarks, logos or service marks (the “Trademarks”) that appear on the Website, whether registered or not, are the exclusive property of STELLA. These General Terms and Conditions and all materials, elements and content (including drawings, models, illustrations, photographs, videos, text, code, audio tracks and graphics) included on the Site, as well as the look and feel of the same, are the exclusive property of STELLA. Nothing contained on the Site may in any way be interpreted as an implicit license of any kind or right to use the Brands displayed on the Site, without the written permission of STELLA. You may copy and print pages from the Site solely for non-commercial purposes related to orders or purchases through the Site. Unless we give you specific written permission in advance, any other use of the Site, its content and information are strictly prohibited.
