Shipping cost

Delivery is free for all product and orders.
The delivery cost is inclueded in the product price for all European Countries.

Shipping time

Shipping time for in-stock jewels is 5-7 days. Please adding 1 day more for order received after 1 PM.
For made to order jewels the shipping time is 60 days.

Shipping countries

At the moment we delivery to European Community countries only: Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czeck Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Iceland, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Spain, Slovakia, Slovenia, Sweden.

Available collections

At the moment only jewels only from 466MI Collection are available.

Returns and Refunds

For online purchases, Stella Milano provides for a refund of the amount corresponding to the purchase price of the item, on the condition that this is returned in its original condition, accompanied by the invoice and with the original packaging and label intact and attached to the product.

It reserves the right to refuse returns communicated or returned late, or returned in conditions unsuitable for return (i.e. not in the same condition in which they were received).
To make a return, it is necessary to inform Stella Milano by sending an information email to ordini@stellamilano.it or by visiting the your order page and selecting refund order, no later than 14 days from the date of delivery of the order. The products must be returned to the courier within 14 days from the date of the return information.

What does the price include?

The prices of STELLA products are indicated in Euros and include all applicable taxes. Shipping costs are included.

Product replacement

The replacement of the product will also be agreed via email and will take place within thirty days from the date of receipt of the creation returned to the warehouse.

No order confirmation

In the event that after making the payment you do not receive the confirmation of receipt of the order or subsequently the confirmation of the shipment, contact ordini@stellamilano.it specifying the nature of the problem and the number of your order. We will contact you as soon as possible.

Invoice

Your invoice will be sent by separated email after purchase. Please remember to fill-in the Company field and VAT number during checkout process. Without this information we can’t provide the invoice.
In any case, if you have not received the invoice after the purchase, you can contact ordini@stellamilano.it.
